C5Misses that never hit

The problem

1 s on screen = 100 ms

Why can a request for something that doesn't exist hurt everyone else?

Lookups for nothing

A bot asks for ids that don't exist, from a list of 40. The cache keeps only answers it found.

C5Misses that never hit

Requests for things that don't exist always miss the cache and always reach the database.
