The problem

1 s on screen = 100 ms

A worker dies halfway through a job. Did the job happen?

Ack it, then do it

Each worker acks a job the moment it takes it. The queue then forgets the job.

If a worker dies mid-job, did the job happen? It depends on when the ack was sent.
